Winfonie mobile 2 provides extensive possibilities for individual adjustments. Synchronization settings are stored in a "partnership" file.

Before changes are performed you can approve the synchronization result in a preview. If the result is not satisfying, you should review your "settings" on the main screen.

Upgrade information for Winfonie mobile 1 users

Winfonie mobile 2 has an architecture which allows synchronization in both directions. This may lead to some changes in comparison to Version 1.

Depending on you mobile phone some fields (e.g. notes) will be formatted differently. This may result in doubled fields if data from earlier Winfonie mobile 1 transfers exists. You may erase your mobile phone's content before synchronizing for the first time to avoid such duplication.

Winfonie mobile 2 stores the state of your pc datasource and your mobile phone after the last synchronization in a partnership file. You have to create one partnership file for each mobile phone you want to synchronize with.
